today is a special day where

we remember and honor those who gave their lives serving our country in the armed forces.
Practically speaking, for obvious reasons, every day is a day of
remembrance for our family. But we are
always heartened by the special sentiments we receive on this day from so many
others expressing their sincere gratitude.
Our thanks go out to all of them.
Likewise our gratitude and thanks go out to all the Gold Star families - we will never forget. It's the very spirit of Ghost Rider.

ReplyDeleteIt is a somber holiday despite all the well intended sentiments as "Happy" Memorial Day. We will BBQ but pause quietly to remember and pray for all those who gave all for their country and their families with an empty chair at the table..
